The Sioux Lookout Renaissance Fair is sure to be a day filled with medieval fantasy and wonder, with unique activities such as sword fighting, and archery demonstrations, blacksmith displays, basket weaving demos, painting, crafts and activities for kids, face paints and so much more we are sure fantasy nerds and medieval geeks, and everyone in between will be delighted. But, the Ren Fair committee needs your help. Events such as these incur many costs, as such we are seeking help via local sponsorship to make this event the best it can be.

All monies accumulated through sponsorship and donations will be allocated to costs to run the fair such as:

 

• Insurance fees

• Supplies for arts and crafts for children

• Promotional materials such as the welcome banner

• Prizes for costumes contests and side quests

• Honorariums for MC, drummers and Elders

We have four levels of Sponsorship each with their own unique benefits.

 

Platinum:

Requires a $500-$1000 donation, and a shout out post on the SL Ren Fair Facebook and Instagram pages, a logo on the home page of the SL Ren Fair site, a logo on the welcome banner at the SL Ren Fair, and a shout out during the SL Ren Fair by our MC at the opening ceremony and at closing comments.

Gold: 

Gold sponsorship requires a $200-$500 donation, and includes a shout out post on the SL Ren Fair Facebook and Instagram pages, a logo on the home page of the SL Ren Fair site, and a logo on the welcome banner at the SL Ren Fair. 

 

Silver:

Silver requires a $100-$200 donation, and includes a shout out post on the SL Ren Fair Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as a logo (or name) on the home page of the SL Ren Fair site.

Bronze requires a $50-$100 donation, includes a shout out post on the SL Ren Fair Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as a logo (or name) on the home page of the SL Ren Fair site.
