There is no requirement to dress up. Bring yourself and your little ones and enjoy some Renaissance fun at the beach.

If you are headed to the Fair its a good idea to come prepared with a chair or blanket for sitting and eating, bug repellent, sun screen and snacks. There is a back and dock nearby so if it is a hot day bring a swimsuit and towel for swimming.

Hotels in Sioux Lookout, ON book up fast so book as soon as you know you are able to come. We have a variety of hotels (Forest Inn, Sunset Inn and Suites and the Lamp Lighter. There are a variety of Air BnB's. For alternative arrangements there is camping at Ojibway park, and tourists camps such as Moosehorn Lodge, Red Pine Lodge, Anderson's Lodge, Abram Lake Resort and RV Park, Donnelly's Minnitaki Lodge, and Northumbrian Resort. Yes! The fair organizers want everyone to feel safe and welcome at the event. This includes people who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or from different backgrounds. We are happy to have anyone join us and will make sure everyone has a great time. We won't allow any actions or behaviors that harm others.
